Step 1

Pre-inspection- All rugs are pre-inspected for a variety of reasons. Notations are made of any inherent problems that the rug may have prior to cleaning, such as color fastness, tears, worn spots, fringe damage, stains and so on.

Step 2

Dusting-Rugs are put through a special machine, known as the Rug Badger- (Bacteria, Allergens, Dust & Dust Mites, Grime, Environmental Pollution, Remover ) which dislodges the deeply imbedded dirt that conventional vacuuming does not do.

Step 3

Vacuuming- All rugs need to be vacuumed directly after dusting to remove all loose particles that may be left .

Step 4

Pre-conditioning/Pretreatment- All rugs are pre-conditioned, and prepped for cleaning.

Step 5

Washing- To restore the luster,rugs are washed with a ph balanced cleaning agent that is appropriate for the rug being cleaned.

Step 6

Rinsing- Rugs are rinsed, to insure that all cleaning & spotting agents are thoroughly removed.

Step 7

Drying- Rugs are thoroughly dried in a controlled environment.

Step 8

Grooming- Rugs are post vacuumed, pile lifted and groomed with a pile brush.

Step 9

Final Inspection/Wrap- We insure quality control with a final inspection, before wrapping for pick-up, delivery or shipping.
