How do we clean your area rug?

All your special rugs require special care. After being carefully inspected, they are run through a duster to remove almost up to 90% of the dry particles trapped in the fibers of your rug, that conventional vacuuming does not remove. Then the rugs are vacuumed and carefully washed in a pH balanced cleaning solution, specially designed to clean your type of rug. Spots are removed with spot removers and a neutralizer is applied to restore the original pH of your area rug. At this time fringe is tended too and or a protectant applied if applicable to your rug. After your rugs will be dried in a controlled environment to prevent uneven drying. Finally your rugs go through the finishing stage of vacuuming, grooming and wrapping to keep your freshly cleaned rugs protected. The whole process can take from seven to fourteen days. You may drop off or pick up your rug at our Sonora location. If you choose to drop off or pick up your rug, we ask that you call in advance so we can properly check in and inspect your rug carefully.
